Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience at ISPHA World.

1. Digital Product Nature
As our courses are digital products, they are delivered instantly. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once the course has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in the following scenarios:
- You were charged more than once for the same course.
- You purchased a course by mistake and did not access it.

3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at isphaworld@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order ID and a brief explanation.

4. Processing Time
If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Note: ISPHA World reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
